1. General Rules / பொதுவான விதிகள்
அனுமதி இலவசம். நுழைவு கட்டணம் இல்லை .வயது வரம்பு: 18 வயது முதல் 60 வயது வரை. Participants must be between 18 and 60 years of age and wear their allocated bib numbers visible on their chest throughout the event. Cutting corners or using vehicles during the run will result in immediate disqualification.
2. Health & Medical Fitness / உடல்நலம் & தகுதி
By registering, the participant certifies that they are medically fit and have trained sufficiently to complete the marathon. The organizers will not be held liable for any medical complications or injuries during the event. On-site medical support and ambulances will be available at water points.
3. Green Policy (Strictly Zero-Litter) / சுற்றுச்சூழல் கொள்கை
This is a green event. Absolutely NO plastic bottles, wraps, or cups are permitted. Water will be supplied in bio-degradable paper cups at stations. Littering on the track is strictly prohibited; please use the designated compostable waste bins.
4. Media Consent / ஊடக அனுமதி
Organizers reserve the right to photograph, film, or record participants during the marathon. These visuals may be published online or in media print for promoting future environmental and tree planting awareness campaigns without any royalty payment.
5. Event Cancellation / மாரத்தான் ரத்து
In case of extreme weather conditions or government regulations, the organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event. Updates will be sent to registered emails and phone numbers.
